The Bosteels Brewery (Brouwerij Bosteels) has been brewing beer in the East-Flemish municipality, Buggenhout, since 1791. It is known for their beers Kwak and Tripel Karmeliet. The strategy of the Bosteels Brewery is based on brewing high-quality specialty beers, where quality takes precedence over quantity. Bosteels Brewery has attracted Waterland as a financial partner to further develop their sustainable strategy. Waterland will provide extra financial resources and will assist in the further development of the company. With Waterland’s support they have already been able to invest in a new logistics distribution center, in order to relieve the village center, a quality-oriented expansion of the brewing room and a new malt processing area and installation.
